Who we are
Priv Label (“Priv Label”, “we”) operates this B2B trade platform. Contact: privacy@masar.network.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, password (stored hashed), company details you enter.
- Trade data: orders, quotes, private-label artwork, inspection and shipment records.
- Documents manufacturers upload for verification (registrations, certificates).
- Technical data: IP address and browser type, used for security and rate limiting.
Why we use it
[Draft, pending legal review] To run the marketplace, verify manufacturers, process payments (bank transfer, escrow and pay later) and freight through our partners, send order and account emails, and prevent fraud. We do not sell personal data.
Who we share it with
[Draft, pending legal review] Our escrow provider, financing partner, freight, inspection and insurance partners receive the data needed to perform their part of an order. For pay later orders, the financing partner receives the order and company details it needs to approve and fund the order. Priv Label does not share a buyer’s identity with manufacturers, or a manufacturer’s identity with buyers.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data. Deleting your account from the Account page removes your login and profile; order records are kept without your identity as required for financial and legal record-keeping.
Retention and security
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. Sessions expire after 30 days.
Accounts closed for non-payment or fraud
[Draft, pending legal review] We keep limited identifiers of accounts closed for non-payment or fraud, to stop them re-registering. We keep only hashed identifiers (such as commercial registration, VAT or TRN, signatory ID, email addresses, IBANs, phone numbers, website and company names), a reason category (unpaid, fraud, other), and who decided and when. We keep no documents and no free-text accusations. Unpaid-order records (strikes) are kept for 12 months. A ban and its identifiers are kept for 3 years after the decision and then deleted automatically, unless a legal claim is open.
[Draft, pending legal review] No account is closed automatically: after three unpaid orders a person at Priv Label reviews the account. You may appeal once by email and we tell you the category of the reason. The list is never shared with other platforms. Our legal basis is legitimate interest in preventing fraud (Saudi Arabia, PDPL), and performing our contracts and establishing or defending legal claims (Egypt, Law 151/2020). The basis under UAE law (Federal Decree-Law 45/2021) is still being confirmed. [to confirm with counsel]
